By using the Taxi App application or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. About the Service
Taxi App is an informational platform for intercity rides. The service provides tools for passengers and drivers to create orders, publish ride offers, make calls, exchange ratings, submit complaints, and contact support.
Taxi App is not a transportation company, does not itself provide taxi services, and is not the employer of drivers. Actual rides are arranged and performed based on the agreement between the passenger and the driver.
Taxi App is an independent service and is not affiliated with third-party ride-hailing platforms.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a real phone number and accurate profile information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may not create an account for another person without permission or provide false information.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate ride details, including origin, destination, time, seat count, and price offer.
- Communicate with drivers safely and respectfully.
- If ride terms change or you cancel, notify the driver in a timely manner.
5. Driver Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about yourself, your vehicle, and your documents.
- Comply with traffic rules, safety requirements, and applicable laws.
- Make reasonable efforts to follow the ride terms offered to passengers.
- Update your profile if your documents, vehicle, or contact information changes.
6. Payments and Prices
The application helps users offer and agree on ride prices. If in-app online payment is not separately enabled, payment is handled by agreement between the passenger and the driver. Be careful with any advance payments.
7. Safety
- Do not open suspicious links or make suspicious advance payments.
- Before starting a ride, verify the vehicle plate, driver information, and route.
- If there is an emergency or immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating fake profiles, fake orders, or fake driver applications.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, or encouraging illegal activity.
- Interfering with the service, bypassing protections, sending automated spam, or collecting other users' information without permission.
9. Content and Ratings
When submitting reviews, ratings, complaints, or chat messages, you must provide truthful and lawful information. We may review, hide, or remove content when needed for safety, legal compliance, or service quality.
10. Suspension or Termination
If a user violates these Terms, provides false information, creates safety risks, or abuses the service, we may temporarily restrict the account, reject a driver application, or terminate the account.
11. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." We cannot fully guarantee the quality, timing, completion, or offline payment handling of rides arranged between drivers and passengers. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages is limited.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue using the service after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
